TERMS OF SERVICE

 GCT Services International
Effective Date: October 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GCT Services International website, online services, digital products, training programs, consulting services, and other products or services offered by GCT Services International (“GCT,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing our website, submitting an order or registration, purchasing a product or service, enrolling in a training program, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not purchase or use our products or services.

1. GCT Services International

GCT Services International provides various online and professional services, which may include business services, consulting, research, digital services, online training programs, professional-development programs, certificates of completion, and other products or services advertised through our website.

Specific services, prices, course contents, eligibility requirements, and other applicable conditions may be described on the relevant website page, registration form, order form, invoice, or checkout page.

2. Eligibility

By purchasing or using our services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into an agreement or have the appropriate authorization to do so.

Certain services or training programs may have additional eligibility, age, employment, licensing, or professional requirements.

It is the customer's responsibility to determine whether a particular product, service, course, or certification is appropriate for their intended purpose.

3. Online Training Programs

GCT Services International may offer online training, professional-development, security-related training, K9 training, and other educational programs.

Training materials may include written lessons, videos, examinations, assessments, downloadable materials, certificates, or other educational content.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, completion of a GCT Services International training program represents completion of that particular training program and does not automatically constitute a government-issued licence, occupational licence, academic degree, government accreditation, or authorization to perform regulated activities.

Participants are responsible for determining whether a particular course or certificate satisfies the requirements of their employer, licensing authority, regulator, government agency, or jurisdiction.

4. Certificates and Professional Designations

Certain training programs may result in a certificate of completion or a professional training designation after the participant successfully completes the applicable requirements.

Certificates and designations may be used to accurately represent training completed through GCT Services International.

Customers must not alter, falsify, duplicate, transfer, or misrepresent a certificate or designation.

Certificates and professional designations must not be represented as government licences, statutory qualifications, academic degrees, or governmental authorizations unless they are independently recognized as such by the applicable authority.

GCT Services International reserves the right to verify certificates issued through its programs and to revoke a certificate or designation obtained through fraud, impersonation, falsified information, academic misconduct, or material violation of these Terms.

5. Course and Training Requirements

Participants are responsible for completing all required components of a training program.

Depending on the program, this may include:

  • Reviewing required training material
  • Completing lessons or modules
  • Completing examinations or assessments
  • Achieving a required passing score
  • Completing practical components where applicable
  • Providing requested identification or registration information
  • Complying with course-specific requirements

Successful payment alone does not necessarily constitute successful completion or certification.

6. Professional and Regulatory Requirements

Laws, licensing requirements, employer requirements, and professional standards vary between countries, states, provinces, municipalities, and other jurisdictions.

It is the customer's responsibility to determine whether a GCT Services International course, certificate, designation, or service meets the requirements applicable to their particular jurisdiction, occupation, employer, or intended use.

Where a course is described as international, worldwide, or available internationally, this means the program may be offered to participants in multiple jurisdictions. It does not mean that every government, licensing authority, employer, regulator, or organization is required to recognize the course or certificate.

7. Security and Use-of-Force Training

Certain programs may address security operations, use of force, handcuffing, baton training, OC spray, crisis intervention, loss prevention, cybersecurity, K9 training, or related subjects.

Training is provided for legitimate educational and professional purposes.

Participants are responsible for complying with all laws, regulations, licensing requirements, employer policies, and professional standards applicable to their activities.

Nothing contained in a training program should be interpreted as granting legal authority to carry, possess, deploy, or use equipment or to detain, arrest, restrain, or use force against another person.

Any such authority depends upon applicable law and the circumstances involved.

8. K9 Training

K9 training materials are provided for educational purposes and may include general information regarding canine handling, obedience, training techniques, commands, behaviour, or related subjects.

Results can vary significantly between dogs and handlers. GCT Services International does not guarantee that every dog will achieve a particular level of obedience, behaviour, performance, or suitability for a particular task.

Owners and handlers remain responsible for the supervision, control, health, welfare, and conduct of their animals.

Completion of a K9 course or receipt of a certificate does not independently establish that an animal qualifies as a service animal, assistance animal, police dog, security dog, or other legally recognized category. Applicable legal requirements vary by jurisdiction.

9. Orders and Registration

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when placing an order, registering for training, requesting services, or communicating with GCT Services International.

We reserve the right to decline, suspend, or cancel an order or registration where we reasonably believe that:

  • Information provided is materially inaccurate or fraudulent
  • Payment has not been successfully completed
  • Unauthorized payment activity is suspected
  • Our services are being misused
  • A customer has materially violated these Terms
  • Providing the requested service would violate applicable law

10. Prices and Currency

Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.

Where multiple currencies are offered, customers are responsible for selecting their preferred available currency before completing the transaction.

Banks, credit-card issuers, PayPal, Stripe, or other financial institutions may impose currency-conversion fees, international transaction fees, or other charges. Such third-party charges are outside the control of GCT Services International.

Prices and promotional offers may change without notice. Changes do not ordinarily affect transactions that have already been successfully completed unless otherwise required by law.

11. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party platforms, including Stripe and PayPal.

Online forms, registration forms, order forms, and checkout functionality may also be provided through Jotform.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the applicable charges associated with your purchase.

Payment processing is also subject to the terms, conditions, security procedures, and privacy practices of the applicable payment provider.

GCT Services International reserves the right to withhold access to paid services until payment has been successfully authorized or received.

12. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility is governed by the refund or cancellation policy presented by GCT Services International for the applicable product or service and any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.

Because certain products may involve immediate access to digital content, online training, downloadable materials, examinations, certificates, or other electronically delivered services, refund eligibility may be limited once access or delivery has occurred, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Where a specific refund policy is displayed at checkout or on the applicable product page, that policy forms part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms eliminates any non-waivable refund, cancellation, or consumer rights provided by applicable law.

13. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should contact GCT Services International regarding legitimate billing problems so that we have an opportunity to investigate and address the issue.

We reserve the right to provide transaction records, registration records, access records, communications, proof of delivery, course-completion information, applicable policies, and other relevant evidence to Stripe, PayPal, financial institutions, card networks, or other parties involved in investigating a payment dispute or chargeback.

Fraudulent or knowingly false chargeback claims may result in suspension or termination of access to our services.

Nothing in this section limits a customer's lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or otherwise legitimately disputed transaction.

14. Digital Products and Course Access

Access to digital products and online courses is provided to the registered purchaser unless otherwise expressly authorized.

Customers may not:

  • Share account credentials
  • Allow unauthorized individuals to complete training under their identity
  • Copy or redistribute course materials without authorization
  • Resell course access unless expressly authorized as a reseller
  • Record or reproduce proprietary training content for redistribution
  • Circumvent access controls
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices
  • Publish examination questions or answers
  • Misrepresent another individual's completion of a course

We may suspend access where we reasonably believe these requirements have been materially violated.

15. Training Partners and Resellers

Where GCT Services International separately authorizes a company or individual to operate as a training partner, reseller, affiliate, or similar partner, additional contractual terms may apply.

No individual or organization may represent itself as an authorized GCT Services International training partner, reseller, agent, representative, or affiliate without authorization.

Authorized partners may only make representations regarding GCT Services International products and credentials that are consistent with the applicable program and their agreement with GCT Services International.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website and its contents—including course materials, training programs, videos, graphics, logos, designs, certificates, examinations, text, instructional materials, branding, and downloadable resources—are owned by or licensed to GCT Services International and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing a course or service provides the customer with a limited right to use the materials for their authorized personal or professional training purposes.

Ownership of the underlying intellectual property is not transferred to the customer.

Content may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, sublicensed, published, or commercially exploited without authorization.

17. Acceptable Use

Users may not use our website or services to:

  • Commit fraud or impersonate another person
  • Violate applicable laws
  • Interfere with website security
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems
  • Distribute malware or malicious software
  • Scrape or systematically extract proprietary course content
  • Circumvent technological access restrictions
  • Infringe intellectual-property rights
  • Falsify training records or certificates
  • Use training materials for unlawful purposes

18. Accuracy of Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide useful and accurate information.

However, laws, industry practices, technology, professional requirements, and regulatory requirements can change.

We do not warrant that every item of information will remain current or applicable in every jurisdiction.

Users are responsible for verifying jurisdiction-specific legal, licensing, regulatory, and employer requirements where relevant.

19. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain or integrate third-party websites, payment systems, software, forms, or services.

These third-party services operate independently and may have their own terms of service and privacy policies.

GCT Services International is not responsible for the availability, content, policies, security practices, or independent actions of third-party services except to the extent responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our website, digital materials, training programs, and services are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that the website or services will always be uninterrupted or error-free or that a particular course, certificate, designation, service, or qualification will be accepted by every employer, licensing authority, regulator, educational institution, or government agency.

Nothing in this section excludes warranties or protections that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GCT Services International will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, products, training programs, or services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

22. Privacy

Personal information collected through our website and services is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Our Privacy Policy describes the information we collect, how it is used, circumstances in which it may be disclosed, third-party providers used by GCT Services International, and security practices.

By using our website or services, you acknowledge that personal information will be handled as described in the applicable Privacy Policy.

23. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our services where reasonably necessary because of fraud, unauthorized use, non-payment, security concerns, abuse of our systems, intellectual-property infringement, falsification of credentials, or a material violation of these Terms.

Termination does not eliminate obligations or rights that arose before termination.

24. Changes to Services

We may modify, update, discontinue, replace, or improve website features, training materials, course content, products, or services.

Where a material change affects an existing paid service, we will seek to handle the change reasonably and consistently with applicable consumer-protection requirements.

25. Changes to These Terms

GCT Services International may periodically update these Terms to reflect changes to our business, services, technology, payment providers, or legal requirements.

The most current version will be published on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.

Changes will apply prospectively except where otherwise permitted or required by law.

26. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.

27. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, applicable refund or cancellation policy, checkout terms, and any service-specific agreement presented to the customer, constitute the applicable agreement concerning use of our website and services.

Where a separately executed written agreement applies to a particular service and conflicts with these general Terms, the separately executed agreement will govern to the extent of that conflict.
